Lotus required a video library to distribute large numbers of video testimonials to it's sales force.
Sales reps needed to be able to find the appropriate customer testimonial quickly, receive supporting information and download the appropriate files for use in Freelance Presentations.
BiG constructed the highly searchable interface to be completely independent from the video content. Videos can be added or deleted without any changes to programming. An independent admin tool permits any member of the project team to make changes to the content without opening Director.
